Fall Cranberry Recipes
No other fruit shouts “Thanksgiving” louder than the cranberry. Its deep red color can turn even the most simple recipe into a fall classic.
In recent years, cranberries have also become very popular for their nutrient and antioxidant qualities. Cranberries are now considered a “superfruit.”
Seasonal dried fruit (like cranberries) can jazz up salads, cookies, bread and just about any type of recipe. But working with dried fruit can be a bit challenging, especially when it sticks to your chopping knife.
Try this tip: Before you start chopping, coat the blade with a thin layer of nonstick cooking spray. This will allow the dried fruit to slide off the blade easily.
